HDPE drums are the hardest test of a blow molding machine's stability. The parison is heavy, the drawdown is long, and the cooling time dominates the cycle. If the screw hesitates or the clamp relaxes, the drum comes out oval at the base or thin at the chime. The MP100FD pairs an 80 mm nitrided screw with 25:1 L/D against a 180 kN clamp on an 800 x 600 mm platen. That combination keeps melt flowing at 120 to 150 kg/h while holding the mould closed through a 100 litre shot,
