Extrusion Blow Molding Machine for HDPE

A large machine that runs one part per cycle is an expensive way to make jerry cans. The MP100FD accepts single, double and four die head configurations on the same extruder, so a plant can start with one head, add a second when volume grows, and move to four when the order book justifies it. Head changes are a tooling exercise, not a rebuild. The die head mounts on the same accumulator body, and the PLC stores a recipe for each configuration, so cycle timing and clamping
